LOGIN:

Login using an existing account or create a new account by clicking the "Register Now" button.

ORDERING:

1. Click on the product categories
2. Select your items and add them to your shopping cart.
3. Click on the shopping cart at anytime to view your items.
4. Check out and select your shipping location from the dropdown.
5. Click "Next Step: Billing" 
6. Enter your credit card number or cost center number (if applicable)
7. Click "Next Step: Review"
8. Review your order and click Place Order to submit. 

Note: A confirmation email will be sent once you have successfully completed your order. 

SHIPPING: 
Shipping cost is $9.50 per order CAD and will display after your shipment details are entered.

Orders will be shipped every 2 weeks. Larger bulk orders may ship earlier if approved. All orders will ship complete so if certain items are not in stock and are placed on back order, your order will ship as soon as all items are received into stock. Estimated time of delivery will be dependent on your shipping location. Order to USA may take 5-7 business days to arrive.

PAYMENT: 
Method of payment is by Credit Card or by Cost Center Number for those who are approved.

RETURN POLICY:
Returns and Exchanges will only be permitted for defective or damaged items. For all other reasons including size or colour exchanges, returns and exchanges will not be permitted.
